For best results, we recommend all sprinkler heads and control boxes be marked in advance so we can give you the best service possible. Please let us know if a sprinkler system is no longer in use or if you need help marking the heads.

After the sprinkler heads are marked (if needed) along with all other obstructions, we use a gas-powered plug aerator all over the yard. For best results, we recommend a grass seed and/or a fertilizer application used in combination with the aeration.

FAQ's:
Q: Can you go over the yard twice with the Aerator?
A: Yes. Although a single pass is effective, we can go over      areas twice upon request. Please add $25 to the aeration      cost.

Q: What if I need help marking my sprinkler system?
A: Let us know when you can be home, and we can schedule
     a time where we can help you mark the sprinkler heads in      addition to performing the aeration. Please add a marking
     fee of $10.

Q: What kind of seed do you use?
A: We use a Pennington Fescus grass seed that is 98% grass
     seed & 1.75% inert matter that can be grown effectively in      both sun and shade. With it only taking 6-10 days to      germinate in proper conditions, it is one of the quickest to      fill in and start preventing weeds.

In most cases, we do not require you to be home during this process & can send the invoice after the work is completed. If you would like to be home while we do the aeration, please mention when calling or add to the other comments on the online request page.
