1) Calculate the amount of Sod Needed
      We prefer to figure out how many 20x40 pieces we will       need and schedule the delivery right before installation.
2) Prepare your Soil
      Starting by tilling up the ground, we remove the old grass       clumps, and install topsoil to get good soil contact with       the sod roots.
3) Install Sod
      Usually we start with the straightest part and stagger the       pieces like bricks to keep from seeing lines when we are       finished.
4) Watering Sod
      After the sod is put down, watering is vital to make sure       the roots get and stay established.
5) Proper Maintenance
      This includes fertilizing to promote deep healthy roots       and mowing to a proper height.

In most case, we require a deposit for materials, but do not require you to be home during installation. The invoice for the remaining balance for labor can be sent after the work is completed.
